In order to find the most meaningful candidates, the following submission and selection process has been established:

• A call for submission of candidates is being published in The Financial Times during the first Quarter. Deadline for submission for the 2008 Passion Award is March 15th, 2008.
  
  
• The Jury for the Frederique Constant Passion Award will evaluate submissions. An in-depth assessment matches each candidate with the seven qualifying criteria.
  
  
• The ten highest qualifying candidates will be announced May 5th, 2008, and subsequent additional evaluation by The Jury will determine the final winner.
  
  
• The qualifying candidates will be contacted for interviews and complementary information not publicly available.
  
  
• Each candidate will be informed about the progress.
  
  
• The qualifying candidates will be invited to visit the Frederique Constant factory in Geneva and attend the Award Winning Ceremony on June 12, 2008.
